ASCEND is holding a sponsored swim in conjunction with the Sir James Altham swimming pool in South Oxhey on Saturday 14 August from 1.30pm to 4.45pm.  A sponsorship pack is available for £2 from ASCEND which includes a "well done" medal after the event.   Please come and Duck ’n Dive for ASCEND, your local charity that is ’Proud to Make a Difference’.
