If you regularly shop on the internet with companies such as Amazon, Toys R Us, Woolworths, Comet, John Lewis, M&S or the major home and car insurance companies then you can raise funds for ASCEND without any cost to yourself or us.  Sign up with Easyfundraising.org.uk - nominating ASCEND as your prefered charity then go to your favourite shopping sites through Easyfundraising.org.uk and between 1% and 15% of your purchase price (depending on the product and company) will be assigned to ASCEND through your Easyfundraising account.

Donate On-line Now 

Make a donation to ASCEND now using your credit, debit or CAF card via the secure CAF charity donation website www.cafonline.org  This site is simple to use and allows you to give to us using Gift Aid if you are a tax payer.  Making a donation this way means that for every pound you give, we get an extra 25 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation to go furter. For our United States donors, we are also registered with CAF America on www.allaboutgiving.org/america

Postal Donations & Regular Giving - £10 per month would pay for room hire for 2 counselling sessions.

Volunteering

Volunteers underpin the work we do here at ASCEND.   Without them, we could not undertake the programme of work we currently provide, let alone expand it.  They perform a diverse range of tasks from manning our reception to helping run some of our classes and have great fun too.  We are always delighted to welcome new volunteers.   Please contact Christine Wyard, Project Manager on Tel: 0208 420 1364 if you would like to become involved in volunteering for ASCEND.
