Our free confidential counselling service provides people living in stressful conditions access to trained counsellors in a quiet and confidential environment.  It offers our clients a wide range of support covering issues such as sexual abuse, self -harm and emotional instability.  Clients are supported through immediate and transitional issues and then in the longer term to ensure that they move forward in a supported environment so they can ultimately cope with their lives more effectively.
