The offices of ASCEND are based within All Saints’ church, which has been serving the people of South Oxhey and Carpenders Park since the South Oxhey estate was built in the late 1940’s.  In the mid 1990’s the original church building had to be closed due to structural faults and in 2000 a wonderful new building was dedicated by the Bishop of St. Albans for worship and community use.  The new versatile building offers ASCEND facilities for counselling, meetings, courses and also includes a large industrial sized kitchen from which church members provide food and drink to all those who arrive at the drop-in every day. 

South Oxhey is a large, deprived estate and the church is open six days a week to do all they can to help those most in need by providing clothing, furniture and much needed support.  They also have a separate chapel for those who need quiet or prayer.

The church is a living church in the heart of the community and the worship feeds the Christian lives of those around us.

TODDLER GROUP

Every Monday from 1.30 - 3.00pm - the church has an ABC group for Adults Babies and Children.

Sunday :10.00 a.m. - Holy Communion, Sunday School and Creche

2nd Sunday of the month - 10.00.a.m. - All-age Holy Communion

Thursday: 10.15 a.m. - Holy Communion

3rd Wednesday of the month: 8.00 p.m. - Prayer and Praise
